First time General Motors Engineering has changed carriers since 1989.

The decision was made after an extensive search by the Detroit-based automaker. This is the first time General Motors has contracted with a new carrier for its North American Engineering vehicle transport needs since 1989.
Select 1 Transport is now responsible for specialized vehicle transport throughout General Motors’ testing facilities in Michigan, Arizona, and Colorado. The deal also involves moving engineering vehicles, test vehicles, and concept vehicles to points around North America as the need arises.
